Spring Half term starts on the 25 February and runs for 7 weeks till the 8 April.

This General class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. These classes must be paid for in blocks of 7 weeks, (or 5 or 6 weeks, depending on the length of the half-term).

Please email me before booking this class to make sure there is space for you as there will be no drop-in spaces for this class.

Classes will be held at The Crystal Palace Osteopathic Practice on Westow Street. The studio will adhere to Covid regulations.
