Yoga Workshops

I run bi-monthly yoga workshops, which are 90-minute yoga sessions, followed by tea and homemade cake and a chance to chat. These sessions are open to all, as well as my existing yoga students, and are focused, fun and more exploratory than usual classes.

Often tied in to the seasons, I have run many workshops, both in-person and online during lockdown, both of which have been very successful, with some lovely feedback.

If you regularly attend my online classes, these workshops are a chance to get back into the studio and enjoy a shared experience of yoga.
